Hi guys, its A 189 (Alamo). I would first like to thank everyone who signed and/or supported my leader/chief bill. Now it’s time for the sign-ups. Anyone can run (even if you have an elected office already). But, remember, you have a GREAT responsibility if you are elected to this position. You are responsible to be to MOST wars and to aid (share command) with the leader of the IMAF in it. First, we need people to sign up! All you have to do is write a comment (it will be put as a speech) including your penguin/IMAF name, IMAF rank, and why you want to run. Be as detailed as possible!!

Xrd-Blade:Hey! My name is XRD-Blade. My penguin name is XRDPenguin72 and I’d like to sign up to be leader/cheif of the Impossible Mission Army Force. I’ve been with IMAF since July 2009. I may have been here a short while, but I’ve came a long way from where I was before. I’ve started as a Lieutenant, and am now a Brigadier General, also being a 2ic in the Iron division.

I’m signing up to be leader/cheif of IMAF because of my decent skills. I’m really good at commanding, and know alot of strategies due with wars, recruiting, and training. I’m usually fair with armies, but if they keep forcing me out of it, that’s when I get tense. I refuse to back down even to the biggest of problems, and can live up as I grow.

So I ask for your vote for me to be a formidable leader/cheif of IMAF, soon to be the next big army Club Penguin will see.

I have experience from major army’s, small army’s, password protected secrete/ special forces army’s and spy army’s. i started out as a warrant officer in the ACP, the latest army i am in is the UMC as a Brig. General. my favorite out of all of them, the IMAF, i started as a general, now im a warlord, this is the army where I will stick with forever, never leave even in collauge , i am the imaf’s congressman, and i don’t feel like i deserve it, but i like it, and i want to move a step further, the cheif!!! Later on in my imaf carrier I had to take a break from the army for some while. But I think im ready to become someone big in imaf. I want to be Chief because I think the Chief needsd to be a high ranked,loyal and expeirienced soldier and I fit all those qualities.I have been in the IMAF for a long time and it’s the only army I’m in now.I’ve worked very hard for the IMAF and now’s my chance to prove it.Since I joined CP Armies I’ve been in IMAF and stayed active in IMAF the whole time.So I think I would be the right person(or penguin) to be Chief!Thank You.

I came to IMAF by a merge from RA (Rebel Army) but i want to become a high rank and help IMAF out, i am a very experienced leader and soldier since i brought BB back from the dead to a medium-major army. They use to get 5 at wars when Klimster (the creator) was leading and now im leading we get 10+. IMAF are a great army and i want to become a leader or something special in IMAF. You should vote for me because i am nice, fairly active, experienced and because i want to do something in IMAF, if i dont get this ill get bored of IMAF. Hi guys, its A 189 (Alamo), and this is my new bill.

LEADER/CHIEF BILL

This bill (Leader/Chief Bill) has one very, very clear point. That the IMAF has a leader/chief in war time that will aid Flippy (or future leader of the IMAF) in a battle/war. This leader/chief SHARES command in WAR TIME ONLY with the leader of the IMAF. If the two come to a MAJOR DIFFERENCE, the decision is up to the leader of the IMAF. This bill is to strenghen the IMAF army. (Idea based on the Cherokee Indians). This position is elected by the IMAF (everyone) and elections are held EVERY two (2) months.

Bill Expiration

Come to think of it, our bills that are still pending don’t have an expiration date on them. Meaning, the bills can last FOREVER. So, I think there should be a deadline. The deadline will be 10 days from the day the bill was posted. So for example, this bill was posted on November 20th, 2009. Therefore, the bill will end on November 30th. If the bill isn’t signed by then, the bill will be canceled. The post will not be deleted, but all the contents will be crossed out like this.

This WILL NOT effect the bills that were posted before this. It also will not effect this bill as well.

Active Count Bill

A 189 edit: Guys if someone is on vacation, grounded, or does not have access to the computer, they can tell us when they get back on the computer and it is understood. This bill applies to people who just ARE NOT active.

Active Count Bill

  Over the time we have been an army, the IMAF have recruited many people, but are they active ? There should be an active count every other month to see who is active and who is not. The first time someone does not comment on the active count, they are demoted either one (1) or two (2) ranks (that decision is up to the leader of the IMAF). If they are not to comment the second time we are to have an active count, that person should be removed from the ranks and if they want to, they can re-join at two (2) ranks lower than they were after the first active count. Congressman Poll Results

Here are the results

As you can see A 189 came 1st with 32 votes which is weird because most other people only got 2~3 votes.

Jimmy and Reny drew with 5 votes each but I think Flippy said I’m the new Head Congressman so they might both get in but I was reading the IMAF Nation page and it said that there is only 4 congressmen.

So Flippy could you edit this post saying what will happen?

Ok, I was thinking to keep our presidents active we should have election for president every 2 months you can Re vote for the president thats already in the office or you can vote for someone els! I also say that all presidents will be judged on: Activeness(get on every 2 days around 7:00est), Activeness to war(be there for every war almost), and must be owner rank and obideiant (obeying the leaders and mod ranks can not be elected)

Our Type of Government

As you may know, all ClubPenguin armies have their own type of government. Most small armies are dictatorship/autocracy (When 1 person has all the power) , medium armies are Unitary (When the major powers give some power to smaller branches of their government), and major armies are some sort of a federation (When the citizens have the power). I was thinking that IMAF could be a Parliamentary Government. A Parliament Government is a democracy. For example, the United Kingdom uses the Parliamentary Government. They have a queen, which is a monarchy, who has some power. That would refer to Jord Fan, our president. Our “Prime Minister” would be our Head Congressman, and Head Concil. Currently, both of those slots are open, and once the congress members are chosen, I will set up a poll, deciding who should the Head Congress/Council member should be. Anyways, if you agree on having a Parliamentary Government for IMAF, please sign. (Congress/Council members only.) Once all six slots are signed, we are officially a Parliamentary Government.

Owner & Mod decrease Bill.

Hey Guys Corey here. It has come to my attention that there is just wayyy too many owners & mods. So I would like to introduce a new bill that will fix this problem

The Owner & Mod Decrease Bill

This Bill will have a way to fix the problem of so many mods and owner ranks.

• Make a Mod and Owner active count.
• All the people who do not comment will be a member rank or low mod rank(mods)
• All the people who did comment will be put a mod or low owner(owners)
• This will make us look more “professional” and not over run by a bunch or inactive owners and mods.
